"I Believe In Halloween" is Afflicted By Design's second release and is a cover of the song by The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black; an amazing Goth-Punk band from NYC, whose songs and performances have influenced and inspired Sebastian. The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black has long been Sebastian's favorite bands. Having seen them in concert countless times, TVHOKB's music, along with their provocative and theatrical performances, left a permanent impression on Sebastian and has gone on to both inspire and influence his own music. "I Believe In Halloween" is Afflicted By Design's version of the classic fan favorite by TVHOKB. Check out the original version on the album Black Date on Cleopatra Records.
Once again S.A. Sebastian teamed up with Michael J. Carrasquillo (Slick Idiot, isol8ed) on drums and vocals, and, this time with Dylan S. Mitchell (Scratcher, Blueberry High Heels) on guitar solos. And --this is pretty cool-- Mike's daughter makes a special appearance singing in the choruses.
